CheckSnapper

End-User License Agreement

Last updated October 5, 2026

This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is between you and Q Group NY LLC and covers your use of the Check Snapper software and the website at checksnapper.com (together, the "Software"). By installing, accessing or using the Software you accept this EULA. If you are using it for a business, you accept it on that business's behalf and confirm you can bind it.

Your license

We give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Software for your own account, in line with your plan and these terms. You may let team members you invite use it under your account, within your plan's user limit. This is a license to use the Software — not a sale of it.

What you may not do

Your data

You keep all rights to the information you put into Check Snapper. We store and process it only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Notice, and you can export or ask us to delete it. We do not claim ownership of your data.

Fees, plans and renewals

Free and paid plans are described on the Billing page. Paid plans renew automatically each month or year until canceled, and are billed through our payment processor, Stripe. Our Terms and Refund Policy also apply to your use of the Software.

Updates

We may update, change or stop parts of the Software from time to time. Updates replace or supplement the version you use unless we say otherwise, and this EULA covers them.

Third-party components

The Software includes third-party and open-source components, each with its own license. The Nimra typeface used for the bank line is used under the SIL Open Font License, and the full text is included with the Software.

Warranty disclaimer

To the fullest extent allowed by law, the Software is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not promise the Software will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that printed checks will be accepted by any particular bank.

Limitation of liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, or lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Software is limited to the fees you paid us in the previous 12 months. Nothing in this EULA limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where the law does not allow it to be limited.

Term and termination

This license runs while you keep using the Software under your account. It ends automatically if you break it, or if we suspend or end access as our Terms allow. When it ends, you must stop using the Software; we will handle your data as described in the Privacy Notice and our Terms.

Export

You must follow applicable export and trade laws when using or transferring the Software, and may not use it in a way those laws prohibit.

Changes to this EULA

We may update this agreement. The "last updated" date above shows the current version; using the Software after an update means you accept it. If you do not accept a change, stop using the Software.

Governing law and contact

This EULA is governed by the laws of the State of New York, and disputes go to the courts of New York. Questions about this EULA can reach Q Group NY LLC at support@checksnapper.com.
