Q Group NY LLC runs Check Snapper and is the data controller for the personal data described here.

What we collect and why

Who we share it with

We don't sell your data.

How long we keep it

We keep data while your account is open and as long as needed for legal and financial record-keeping, then delete or anonymize it.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may access, correct, delete or export your data, object to or restrict some uses, and withdraw consent. Email support@checksnapper.com to make a request; you may also complain to your local data protection authority.

Security

We use encryption in transit, access controls that keep each account's data separate, and optional two-step sign in.

QuickBooks connection

If an Administrator of a Business account connects QuickBooks, Check Snapper reads your QuickBooks company name, vendors and accounts, and writes the checks you choose to send as check payments. We use this data only to provide the QuickBooks feature. We don't sell it, share it with third parties for their own use, or use it to train AI models. QuickBooks data is never sent to our AI review or to any other AI service. We process it as our own service to you, not on Intuit's behalf. When you disconnect (in Check Snapper or inside QuickBooks), we revoke access, stop all QuickBooks calls and delete the stored connection tokens. You can ask us to delete QuickBooks data we hold (such as imported vendors) at support@checksnapper.com.

Cookies

We use only essential browser storage needed to keep you signed in. We don't use advertising cookies.
