We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with a Check Snapper purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Stripe. To request one, email support@checksnapper.com or reply to your receipt.

Canceling

You can cancel any time from Billing → Manage subscription. You keep your paid plan until the end of the period you've paid for.
