- 01
Connect your Business account
An Administrator connects QuickBooks, then chooses the QuickBooks bank account under “Pay from (bank account)” and the expense category under “Record as (expense category)”. Save those selections.
- 02
Write and print your check
Choose your bank and enter the payee, amount and date in Check Snapper. Print on blank check stock, with MICR toner recommended, and confirm that it printed successfully.
- 03
Send printed checks
An Administrator uses “Send printed checks” to record printed checks in QuickBooks as check payments. Only printed checks that have not already been sent are included.
Printed checks are sent to QuickBooks when an Administrator clicks 'Send printed checks' (or automatically, if auto-send is turned on). Checks are never imported from QuickBooks.
Your logo, bulk runs and mailing
Business checks can include your company logo. Supported paid plans offer Bulk Checks, subject to per-run limits. If you prefer not to print yourself, Check Snapper can print and mail checks for $2.50 per check to US addresses only.
